Similar issue. I was 100% full after importing a bunch of lightroom pictures, so I deleted all the photos that had been uploaded to the cloud, and I permanently deleted them as well. Still shows as 100% full, so nothing new is being uploaded. Why would I pay to upgrade to add more space when my allotted 20 GB is not usable? This borders on fraud - the cloud simply does not work as advertised.
