    Hello Kari,

Sorry to hear your libraries are not syncing. To remedy this I would recommend you reinstall the CC Libraries plugin. Could you please try the following steps:

    1. Delete all folders that start with “CC_LIBRARIES_PANEL_EXTENSION_xx_xx_xx” in this location:
    WIN: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions
    MAC: Macintosh HD⁩ ▸ ⁨Library⁩ ▸ ⁨Application Support⁩ ▸ ⁨Adobe⁩ ▸ ⁨CEP⁩ -> extensions
    2. Follow steps of Solution 2 in this article:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html
Before trying the steps in article - please, make sure you killed CCLibraries process in Task Manager / Activity Monitor, as well as you have quit all Adobe related products. This is mentioned in steps 1 and 2 of the article linked in step 2, but wanted to point out, because it is important.

If you are still seeing the libraries failed to sync error notice, please let us know and we can investigate further. Thank you!

    Hello Rin,

Sorry to hear your workflow is being disrupted. Have you tried to uncheck this box when you are creating a new swatch? That should stop the Libraries panel from opening. If you have tried that already and are still seeing the panel open, can you share your exact reproduction steps?

    Thank you

Hello, thanks for your patience, we have fixed this issue and rolled it out to all users. It was only happening for Windows users, so the following instructions are win only. To restore your images you should

    1. Force quit the CCLibrary Process, all adobe apps, the creative cloud desktop app, and any other cc app from Task Manager
    2.
Remove the contents of the renditions folder at the two following locations in your file explorer:

    %appdata%\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\LIBS\<userID>\collaborated\renditions
    %appdata%\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\LIBS\<userID>\creative_cloud\renditions

You may not have the collaborated folder, that's fine!

    3. Restart Creative Cloud desktop application and reopen any apps. The Images should be restored

You can see these steps in https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/cc-library-preview-not-showing-in-cc-desktop-app-or-the-cc-library-panel-in-other-adobe-apps/m-p/12973579 in other Adobe forums as well.

You can ignore the step of downloading the latest CC Libraries build, as it should be auto-rolled out to users by now.

Hello again Stéphane, thank you for your patience and reporting this issue. We have fixed the problem you described, please try again to save a template to your CC Libraries on spark.adobe.com, and don't hesitate to let us know if you are still seeing syncing errors.

Hello Stéphane, thank you for reporting this issue. I'm sorry to hear this new feature is causing library sync to fail. We are working to fix the problem. At this time I don't think we need any additional information from you, as we can reproduce the issue on our side as well. Thank you for your patience!

    Hi thanks for reporting! @waldemar

Have you tried the steps listed in this comment? https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/creative-cloud-library-graphics-now-have-a-white-background/td-p/9173618#M55605

This should fix the transparency issue you're seeing on the CC Libraries panel. Let me know if you're still seeing a white background after adding new elements with that transparency setting fixed.

    Thanks again,
    Molly
