I have been experiencing the same issue. When I send my adobe draw PDFs to the creative cloud they cannot be opened on my computer. I cannot open the PDFs with acrobat or illustrator. Also adobe draw has been damaging saved illustrations. The line work has been getting scrambled when I reopen the document. I was on the phone with adobe represtitives for over an hour yesterday and 4 people couldn’t figure out how to pull up my adobe subscription with my email. I would tell them my email and spell it out multiple times then they would repeat it back incorrectly and tell me that my account info is inaccurate. This has been such a frustrating experience. I have been an avid user of adobe draw and the program is no longer working properly. Please can you have someone address these issues?
