    I have a Creative Cloud All Apps Annual Plan, paid monthly. It is under user printer@harvest-press.com. When I log on the Files area, it shows 47.8 GB used at the bottom of the screen. Deleted files are empty, shared with you is empty, prototypes is empty, mobile creations is empty and libraries is empty. Files has a little in it but when I check each folder, it adds up to about 5gb. I don’t know where it is getting 47.8 gb.

  2. give us a prominent button to PERMANENTLY delete files that are taking up massive amounts of storage, don't just offer to sell more storage!
