    HI there — to help us better understand the issue, can you share information about the plan you have & where you are seeing your storage being reported as full? Thank you!

    No metter where. Web panel:
    - Some files that count for 25 mb and can't be deleted.
    - Nothing more to delete
    Synchronised directory:
    - Empty.

    Creative Cluod reports 2.7GB/2GB (free membership) and says it cannot upload new files when I'm trying to put some in dir for that purpose.

    Same thing. Windows 10 (newest update).
