Hi there & apologies for the delay. Can you provide more details on what type of file(s) you were trying to restore? Also, was the file in a shared folder? Thank you.

Hi Stephanie,
thanks for getting back to me.
I was trying to restore a few zip files. And a few jpgs too. The files are not in a shared folder (sharing listed as "only you"). The files are located in a folder in my Creative Cloud Files folder which is the folder synced with my computer/creative cloud.Anonymous shared this idea ·

I'm still having with this. Since May I've avoided deleting anything just to make sure I don't run into the problem (and this has become a problem with space on my computer). But I recently had to restore a folder and several files that I had deleted 6-7 months ago. I selected the files, clicked the restore button, got a green "successfully restored message" and then nothing. The files did not appear in my regular folder, in my downloads, in anywhere. They have disappeared AGAIN. I NEEDED those files and needed them immediately.
Please HELP!!!
