Hi maggie,
Sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the issue mentioned using assets with transparent backgrounds. We were able to see transparent background on placing them in a file. The graphic was created in photoshop and used in illustrator.
We'd like to investigate your problem further -
Could you please describe more on which type of assets you were observing this behavior, and the applications being used? Also if you could share logs from your machine, this would be very helpful. Here's a link to the Adobe Log Collector Tool:
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
This will generate a zip file. It will be something like "AdobeLogs_20221011_081024_xxx.zip"
This might help us to understand the root cause of the problem.Thank you,
Hari Vallabha

Sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the issue mentioned by creating a library with the same name from the adobe stock website.

Hi Nishreen,
So sorry to hear that.
Could you please try these following steps:
1. Delete all folders that start with “CC_LIBRARIES_PANEL_EXTENSION_xx_xx_xx” in this location: WIN: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions MAC: Macintosh HD ▸ Library ▸ Application Support ▸ Adobe ▸ CEP -> extensions
2. Follow the steps from Solution 2 in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html
Before trying the steps - please, make sure you've killed `Creative Cloud Libraries Synchronizer` process in Task Manager / Activity Monitor, as well as quitting all Adobe related products. This is mentioned in steps 1 and 2 of the article, but I wanted to point it out because it's important. Please let us know if this didn't resolve the issue. Thanks for reaching out.
Regards,

Hi,
On the latest photoshop, clicking colours or colour themes in the libraries panel populates the selected colour in swatches too. Please find the attached video for reference.
And please let us know if we can answer any other questions.
Thank you,
Hari Vallabha

Hey Ariel
Sorry to hear that, we have verified on the latest creative cloud and it seems to be working fine (PFA). We'd like to investigate your problem - if you could share logs from your machine and recording of the drag and drop behaviour, it would be very helpful.
Here's a link to the Adobe Log Collector Tool:
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.htmlThis will generate a zip file - please could you send me the name of it?
It will be something like "AdobeLogs_20191011_081024_xxx-win.zip"This might help us to understand the root cause of the problem.
Thank you,

Hi scott,
Extremely sorry for the delayed response and the difficulties you were facing with the rearrangement of colors in the library. Could you please provide us with a screen recording of this behavior if possible? Files can be attached to the comments in this thread.
We would definitely investigate this problem and come back with a response.
Thank you,
Hari Vallabha
