   The issue is now fixed in Illustrator 25.4 that is available in the Creative cloud App for download.

   Same issue to. Happens in the CC 2021 version, not my 2020 of all Creative Cloud. It's either totally frozen or frozen and super oversized and zoomed in within the panel.

2. personal libraries dont load in side panel in dimension when returning to design mode after a render.
