   The issue is now fixed in Illustrator 25.4 that is available in the Creative cloud App for download.

   Same issue for me with the library.
   It crashes on indesign (very often) & illustrator.
   Relaunch indesign is not enough, I have to reboot my Imac each time.
   In illustrator; the library appears way smaller than habitually in its window.
