give us a prominent button to PERMANENTLY delete files that are taking up massive amounts of storage, don't just offer to sell more storage!
my storage suddenly showed 99% used of 100 gb. i didn't realize that CC keeps DELETED files as well as ARCHIVED.
if i delete files, i want them gone. if i archive them, i want them to sit in file purgatory. if you're not going to DELETE when we say delete, then give us a button on the file page that will permanently delete them when we want to.7 votes
When i used the restore option on the delete menu. the files are not restored they simple disappear.
Please bring back my files!1 vote
SCENARIO: When dragging selected artwork from an Illustrator file to a Library, the asset uploads as a bloated Ai file. (Same when uploading a layer from Photoshop)
REQUEST: Would LOVE to be able to designate the file type when adding an asset. For example, a vector icon in Illustrator as an SVG file, or a raster image in Photoshop as a JPG.
CURRENT WORKAROUND: Export the artwork as an SVG or JPG file, then drag from the desktop/finder onto the application and into an open Library panel.1 vote
There seems to be a problem in syncing files for a month now. Our file name is correct, our internet is okay.. but we still get problems in syncing.
There is also one time that our folder got duplicated. I tried to delete it but it keeps on coming back.. then when I access the website it says I cannot delete it. I kept trying both ways until I was able to get rid of the duplicate.
Hope you could solve this problem soon. It is eating most of our time.
It seems that it is no longer possible to display the files by type. The only possibilities are by date or by name. Please allow it, as it was the case before the current modification.6 votes
Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We will keep this in mind as we continue to improve the site. Thank you for your patience.
Metadata on Images don't show after upload. Enable the ability to search through existing metadata and auto add metadata using Adobe Sensei just like Lightroom.6 votes
Hi Dave, thank you for your suggestion. We will take this under consideration, as we understand that this would be a useful feature for your workflows.
Instead of having to share single design specs links all the time I would like to give them access ALL my design spec files at once, just like I can access all of them myself. Remember, very few developers have Adobe ID's and Adobe memberships, all they want is a list of all specs instead of having to receive single links on Slack, email etc. It's getting confusing.2 votes

Would be nice to organize my assets in folders so the list of shared files is easier to use. Like for instance in the list of shared design specs files I would like to organize them in different folders. Also it should be possible to name and re-name files and folders! Same goes for all shared content in CC.3 votes
Search is missing many of the filtering and sorting functions expected of modern file management. You've got many of those, of course, in Bridge. Your audience is also professional and often comfortable with searches using syntax. Suggest you adopt the same syntax used in Google Search for the Web and for Drive.2 votes

This is an item that we currently have on our backlog, and something you can expect to see changes to in the coming months—hang tight!
Hi there! Thank you for your suggestion. We understand that this is a feature that would help you organize your prototypes (very important!). We have added this feature request as an item on our backlog to implement in the future.
I hate that the online version of LR CC has a fraction of the editing options that the desktop version has. Since it takes so long to sync to the desktop version, I want to be able to be working on the photo files online, but can't because it has very minimal features. First time user of this program and I am not impressed so far. I can use the free version of Photoscape more easily than LR so far.3 votes
I really need to ability to share a folder of completed work to a client. I have 10tb or storage space and I can’t use it as a dropbox or google drive replacement because I can only send a link to an individual file.5 votes
From assets.adobe.com, users are able to retrieve a link to share folders. See this documentation for details: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/using/share.html#file-folder
I need to save a group of colors (Process colors, CMYK or RGB) and when i save them and add them to a new document the colors are solid colors. Please change that.2 votesNEEDS MORE FEEDBACK · AdminFernando Centurion (Product Manager, Adobe Systems Incorporated) responded
Can you provide details of how to replicate the current scenario?
How are you saving groups of colors?
Are you saving the colors to the Libraries Panel?
Are you using the colors from the Libraries Panel in the new document?
How are you using groups of colors?
The ability to rearrange folders and files inside the folders.7 votes
The prototype link has changed without permission. It is very troubling that you can not update the original link because the link has already been sent to the member we are developing together.
I wanted to imagine the function that allows you to select the overwrite link3 votes
Need the option to view assets by group on the Assets Website.
Groups appear across all Adobe apps and makes finding the asset you need much easier. The Assets site simply lists all assets and only shows colours separately.
The grouping/view by group functionality needs to be available on the Assets website too.3 votes
I am a new user for XD and I am not sure about the folder option in the published URL list. Because I will publish multiple prototypes for the same feature and it becomes difficult to find out the related links. Also let me know do we have version system?1 vote
