Add .AIT files to CC Libraries
You currently cant at template .AIT file types to your adobe cc library.
This should be a feature.

Please name CC Libraries always CC Libraries
Talking about the German versions of CC software on a Mac:
In some apps the panel is called "CC Bibliotheken" (for example InDesign), in other apps "Bibliotheken" (for example Illustrator, Photoshop). Plus: InDesign has it's own function "Bibliotheken", but the cc library panel inside InDesign is also using the word "Bibliothek" instead of "CC Bibliothek".
This is very confusing.
So the best solution especially for InDesign would be to name cc libraries always "CC Libraries" – even in the German version!15 votesEmily Dinger responded

Choose thumbnail size for each group
I like the idea of the new View by Group feature, but thumbnails of colours in this view show too big compared to View by Type and take up a lot of space. Let us right click on any group and choose the best thumbnail size for different content.

List-view for shared folders
How come shared folders (links) don't have option to toggle list / thumbnail view, since we have this feature in the actual cloud?
This is quite annoying for clients that you share, say, folders with zip files or other than image files.

CC Library Panel as Powerpoint Addon
There is an Adobe Stock Addon in Powerpoint available. But having a CC libs panel would be also very useful. If not more useful… :-)

Support .idms (InDesign Snippet) format for drag and drop into CC Libraries
I love the new ability to drag and drop png, jpeg, psd, svg, etc. files into an open CC Library panel in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. I'd really like to see .idms files added to this list. Why? InDesign users often create folders of these "snippets" to use as sort of an ad-hoc library. It would be great to be able to convert these into a true CC Library via drag and drop. The underlying architecture of CC Libraries uses the .idms format already when dragging InDesign page elements from an InDesign page into a CC Library, so this shouldn't…

Assign filetype when adding assets to a Library
SCENARIO: When dragging selected artwork from an Illustrator file to a Library, the asset uploads as a bloated Ai file. (Same when uploading a layer from Photoshop)
REQUEST: Would LOVE to be able to designate the file type when adding an asset. For example, a vector icon in Illustrator as an SVG file, or a raster image in Photoshop as a JPG.
CURRENT WORKAROUND: Export the artwork as an SVG or JPG file, then drag from the desktop/finder onto the application and into an open Library panel.

Libraries need usergroups ASAP!
Libraries could be so much more useful if usergroups existed. Suppose a weekly grocery store circulars is done in InDesign with 110 food categories(libraries) and we have 55 users who need access to the library. Once the libraries are created, would take 6,050 clicks of the invite button alone.
You can enter the emails with colon delimited separation which can cut down my clicks of the blue button to 110 if typed perfectly in a text file without a single error. When a new person is hired once again another 110 clicks to share and toggling the can edit to…

Ability to modify Library items in context
To streamline the creative to production process it would be essential to be able to make modifications on library items directly inside the global composition. Same thing for Smart objects : it would be very nice to keep a preview of the context while editing any dynamic asset.

Hi Claudio,
Can you provide details of how to replicate the current scenario?
How are you saving groups of colors?
Are you saving the colors to the Libraries Panel?
Are you using the colors from the Libraries Panel in the new document?

I can create Color Palette in Illustrator but not InDesign
When I save a Color Palette in InDesign the colors will be saved as individual colors in the Library Panel. But in Illustrator I'm able to save the colors as a Color Pallet element type.
Please make InDesign behave as Illustrator.

Use CSV-data and Librares
I use csv-data to automate the creation of layouts. In csv-table you need full path to the image. How can I get a link to image in the cloud library? Found only a link to the library itself.

I can't add assets to libraries
Why have Cloud Assets if I can't add the files to libraries?
Made a whole nice folder suite of logos and icons and palates for my team but thats all it is, a cloud folder. I/we all have access to the same thing in a gdrive cloud folder.
Did i miss the point of libraires? Should they have just be grabbing files and using them in their own CC Apps?
So are CC Cloud files only that, cloud files. The team can drop those into their design program, and then add them to their own library? thanks for any more…
