Mobile Phone compatibility
Since Adobe has chosen to continue creating mobile phone apps, Adobe needs to provide functionality (as Google does) to recognize WHICH PHONE MODELS AND MOBILE OS VERSIONS its paid subscribers are using, because SEVERAL ADOBE MOBILE APPS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH SEVERAL MODERN CELL PHONES/MOBILE OS's (e.g. "Photoshop Camera" and "Photoshop Fix" are not compatible with modern Android cell phones). Ironically, the GOOGLE Play Store DOES automatically recognize exactly what cell phone I own and it ONLY displays apps in the Google Play Store that are compatible with MY device. I wasted quite a bit of time today chasing this down, all because Adobe can't be bothered to provide such basic functionality for its own long-term paid subscribers/customers.
Also, in grouping its family of apps into the 3 categories "Desktop Apps," "Web Apps and Services," and "Mobile Apps," Adobe fails to distinguish for its customers that certain Adobe apps are only functional on certain platforms (e.g. PS mobile being only applicable to the iPad, and not to mobile phones). How difficult would it be for Adobe to publish a matrix chart illustrating which of its apps are applicable to exactly what kinds of computing devices? But again, even better yet, the slick, optimal solution would simply be for Adobe to offer its customers the option to disclose the make and model of mobile phone (or any other mobile device) they may wish to register with Adobe, in order to ONLY SHOW THOSE ADOBE APPS WHICH ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE CUSTOMERS REGISTERED DEVICE(S) (as Google has done for YEARS with its Google Play visitors). For those customers who feel such a functionality would be intrusive or undesirable for any reason, simply allow those customers to forego the benefit of this "automatic Adobe compatibility recognition and recommendations" facility and continue fumbling around on Adobe CC trying to manually figure out which Adobe apps will work with which of their devices. Premium cost products and services create premium performance expectations in customers. Please step up...
