If I am on another device, or Creative Cloud File Sync is not functioning properly (like it did today), I need a way to download the file off of the cloud onto my device locally to prevent a nightmare situation.
Hi Nate. This is an issue specific to XD files — but hang tight, we are working on it. As a temporary work-around, you can download / move the XD file to your local storage from the sync’ed Creative Cloud Files that is on your file system browser. Thank you.
This feature is not working for me, is there a way I can attach a screenshot? I am trying to download an XD file from the assets web page, and all Adobe is giving me is the option to delete the file.
