Can't edit library element
So often when either double clicking on a library element (or right clicking and selected 'Edit') nothing happens. There is no feedback to say if there is any error of any kind. Can you please resolve this bug?

Share a link to a folder not just file.
I really need to ability to share a folder of completed work to a client. I have 10tb or storage space and I can’t use it as a dropbox or google drive replacement because I can only send a link to an individual file.

color group saved as solid colors but were meant to be process colors
I need to save a group of colors (Process colors, CMYK or RGB) and when i save them and add them to a new document the colors are solid colors. Please change that.

Can you provide details of how to replicate the current scenario?
How are you saving groups of colors?
Are you saving the colors to the Libraries Panel?
Are you using the colors from the Libraries Panel in the new document?
How are you using groups of colors? -

It seems everything that made this site functional was taken out! I can barely do anything that is helpful now. I can't add files to already existing folders, the user guide has not been updated, the functions are in strange and convoluted spots, and it is making my job difficult and slowing down production due to this lack of intelligent, functional design. do literally the opposite of what was done
2 votesHi Sarah, thank you for your feedback. To address your pain points separately:
- Adding files to your existing folders should work, and there are a few ways you can do this.
1) Click on the file and drag it onto the folder that you wish to put the file into.
2) Click on the checkbox to the right of the file name, and then click Move in the top right corner. You can choose which folder to add the file to from there.
3) Click on the ellipses on the right column within the file’s row. Click Move and choose the folder to add the file to.

What's taking up space
My cloud is showing 47.5 GB used but I actually only find 4.2 MB. I have deleted everything in the deleted files folder already. Where is this extra space being used and how can I manage it?

I would like the option to view pages as a "flip-book" in a multi page PDF, as apposed to scrolling pages.

Give users an option to contact somebody for help other than the "feedback" forum
Weeks ago I had an issue where every file I deleted I could not restore. This was previously called archived and I was not notified of any functionality changes if there had been. Is restoring no longer an option? I can't tell because every time I try to restore a delete file it disappears from both my deleted folder and my files. Even the test cases I create, then delete, disappear completely when I try to restore files.

Hi there! Thank you for your suggestion. The ability to rename prototypes without changing the link is something that we are investigating. As far as your comment suggestion to “keep the prototype update-able from Xd”, I would love to understand in more detail what you mean by this. Thank you for your patience!

Can change the read/write autorisation
There is a bog with this feature. I can't change the authorization and I can delete this user to re-invite him...

What I understand is, you are unable to change the can view/can edit permissions of collaborators on a folder. Additionally, you are unable to delete users to re-invite them. Is all of this correct? Thank you for letting us know.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We are actively working on adding back search functionality. This is something that is on our backlog. As far as the thumbnails being small: is this a bug for specific file types, or is this a feature request for larger thumbnails? I would love to understand more details about your experience. Singapore is not listed on the drop down menu for choice of Country when I wanted to upgrade my Creative Cloud plan.
