I created several folders in my Cloud for Teams. I invited several people to share the folders. They can see the folders, but I cannot. Why?1 vote

As I was attempting to upload my first file to my library, it said that I could not, as I had used 21/20GB... Which first of all, doesn't make sense, as you can't use more space than you have. Also, there is no way that the file I am uploading is taking up over 20 GB, and I have never uploaded files there before.3 votes

Can not move all selected files into other folders. Even though it shows that the files have moved, when I refresh my browser the files are back in the old folder. I am not able to manage my files correctly.3 votes

In the previous version, you could download as several different file types. This is ESSENTIAL to our team's workflow as different people's software have different requirements. Why did this go away?2 votes

For the last couple of days, I'm trying to upload some mp4 video (700MB) to cloud storage but it doesn't work. I keep staring at this http://take.ms/MKvtS and once it disappears the video is NOT uploaded in Assets. Also, uploading photos is super slow, but at least it works.1 vote

We have logged this issue & will be looking into it.
All my files are missing. I can see them in my creative cloud folder on my computer, but I can't see them when I select "view on web".1 vote
After having issues synchronizing my files I moved everything from my CC files folder. I also deleted every "deleted" file in the archive to start from scratch.
Mysteriously a single folder comes back and back by itself no matter how often I delete it. Also "repaired" the CC App.
Any suggestions?1 vote

So because of Adobe Muse EOL I cancelled everything Adobe except my cancelled Creative Cloud is supposed to still let me have 2GB storage. I've deleted everything I can see including archived files and CC still keeps notifying me my storage is full. Okay???1 vote

We collaborate on a magazine. Every time one of us makes revisions and tries to replace the file it tell us we cannot because it is not the same file type. It is the same exact file type - InDesign. Please advise1 vote

Takes over an hour to sync even a small 3MB file.
When collaborating with other designers, we have to wait hours to check each others changes. This is unworkable. There should be a way to force a refresh.
My colleague completes his work, saves the file, then emails me to say it's done. Then a few hours later, the updated files are there. We are on Australian NBN Broadband, which is 25MBps.3 votes
Why could not I use my Adobe Creative Cloud Collection? All of them. I even had to upgrade them. Even when I tried, it could not be downloaded. Does it have to do with the payment problems, etc.,? Or could it be possible for other issues regarding to it?3 votes
The following issues occur in the new Assets Web site on mobile (Android 7.1.1, using Chrome 62.0.3202.84 or Edge 188.8.131.527)
• Cannot see page header until rotating device, and then only halfway
• Cannot scroll page, it instead opens file2 votes

I wanted to put a series of .MOV videos into my CC folder in order to be able to work on a Premiere Pro project at both home and office.
30 files for approx. 7Go, max file is 2.5Go, smallest is 250Mo.
After a very short while, the CC sync program hogs the computer totally. It's not even possible to move the cursor or very slowly. Mac and tools show it's getting up to 120% of processes.
It tried twice, and if you can't at a moment delete the files, the computer end up rebooting itself.1 vote
Right now Core Sync has a 5GB file limit, we are reviewing the support of files larger than 5GB.
In the meantime try to upload your files in smaller size groups.
