  1. Inability to open a CC library file without a document already open.

    At work we start from templates that are stored in a CC Library. Currently having to create a random blank document before we see any CC Library files. Cumulatively frustrating. Please show CC Libraries in the startup screen. Even better add an "Open as Copy" :)

  2. CC Libraries Panel doea'nt work correct

    Keine Idee, es soll einfach funktionieren! Manchmal funktioniert das Panel manchmal nicht, einfach nur mühsam. Schließt man ein Dokument und öffnet dann wieder, kann es sein dass das Panel wieder funktioniert, oftmals hilft dies leider trotzdem nicht. Löst einfach das Problem und zwar bald, weil so kann man mit eurem Zeug nicht wirklich arbeiten!!!!

  3. Sync folder missing

    I have a mac and a pc. When I use my PC the next time I log in to my Mac the sync folder is missing and it can't create a new one. If I restart the Mac CC works again just fine. This doesn't happen in the reverse. The PC is always able to sync and use the cloud libraries and my files. It started with the last update to illustrator. Quitting all adobe products and then opening the programs doesn't fix the problem. I have to quit the programs then restart the Mac for syncing to commence.

  4. Log to CC libraries

    I log into my Adobe account and my creative cloud is connected but the app does not show me the libraries and asks me to log in, even if I am logged in

  7. Adobe Stock image library not recognizing license

    Hello, my team currently uses an Adobe Stock team subscription. We have created CC libraries containing our licensed Adobe Stock images. One of our users CC library panel is not recognizing that our stock images are licensed, therefore denying access to licensed image.

  9. Error 401 Message on Share Links

    My client could previously view the share links, but randomly CC assets does not work. They get a Error 401 message saying they are not authorized to access the site. This happens on both regular sharing (generating a share link), and direct email invitation access.

    Please figure out what is causing this bug as this inconsistent working and not working is very frustrating to our clients, myself and my team.

  10. Update to CC Libraries Issues

    New Update I take it since when opening PS and libraries panel there was a error page saying the color panel html page could not be found. Closed PS and reopened to be greated with a tip page about glance all libraries. Took awhile to figure out how to close this to get to my libraries which then had all incorrect colors associated with name. Checked online in Creative Cloud and correct there. Selecting one results in the correct color appearing in the color picker. I really wish Adobe would return the color libraries to being local files with the…

  11. Adobe Cloud is too slow to be of any value

    Reports 45 mins to download a 969MB file shared a RUSH video file composed by a colleague. That's pathetically slow.

  12. Creative Cloud keeps logging me out.

    This is a bug that has annoyed me to no end. I'll have Photoshop or Premiere open for a certain period of time and CC will randomly sign me out for no reason. Might I ask why? Does it always do this when you leave it open for too long? Is Creative Cloud scared that I'm gonna abandon it or something? I shouldn't have to check every 5 minutes to see weather or not Photoshop is gonna randomly close. Please address this issue so that I can do my editing in peace.

  14. Cloud File don't save even with internet connection

    Sometimes the file I'm using stop sycing. It saves, generate a new version but when a close the file it always return that some modifications were done locally and not sync.

    Problems:
    The screen suggest me to save a copy but if I save a copy the version is erased.

    If I cancel to save manually, the * symbol hides but on close the alert returns.

    Creative Cloud App Stuck.
    Please many times the app have crashed on various computers of different OS.
    Take a look at image attached. In this case I can't open to install Illustrator.

  17. Bug: Lens profile corrections isn't applied in preset

    Repro:
    1. Create an ISO-adaptive preset that includes (has a checkbox for) Lens Profile Corrections.
    2. Make it the default for a camera model.
    3. Import a raw photo from this camera.

    Expected:
    "Enable Profile Corrections" is selected on import.

    Actual:
    "Enable Profile Corrections" is not selected on import. Instead, "Remove Chromatic Aberrations" is selected - which isn't included in the preset.

  18. Red dot 'false alarms'

    Have disabled marketing notifications in the CC desktop app but still see regular red dot icon in Mac menu bar. On opening CC, it goes away.

    I'd like to be able to have CC run in the background and alert me to new app updates, but the number of false alarms means I've had to switch to manual.

    Please sort it?

  19. Some characters not rendering - 'No Glyph' symbol

    When viewing Illustrator files in the Creative Cloud viewer - some of the characters of our font (custom font) are not rendering. Instead, it is replaced by a 'No Glyph' warning sign. All characters type out correctly and print out of Illustrator, so there is no issue withthe font itself. I've attached a screenshot of the issue - the title should say 'Squishy Van'. Have seen the same issue on a number of files that are viewed through the CC website. Please let me knwo any other info you'll need to help sort this issue.
