  1. Sync not working

    PC Win 10. Sync Version v2.4.6.82. 1.5GB of 100GB used.
    Syncing works for a while, then some days not sync anything. Makes it difficult to collaborate. I am waiting for another designers files to sync to my PC. I created the folder initially and invited them to 'Edit'. They can see all my updates, but I can't get theirs.


    • Turned off syncing in Preferences.

    • Closed Creative Cloud App.

    • Opened Task Manager and 'End Process' for all CC Background processes, eg 'Creative Cloud (32 Bit)', 'Core Sync (32 Bit)', etc (about 6 of them).

    • Re-opened Creative Cloud App.

    • Turned on syncing…

  2. What is using space?

    I decided to clear out my entire creative cloud storage, including Lightroom (which I wasn't really using anyway). I cannot see where else there might be any files, but at the bottom of the files page there is a label that shows "171.3 MB used". I have no idea where that might be used.

  3. Folder for the xd links

    I think a folder idea in the published xd link is essential. Because links are piling up. So it'll be good if there is an option for structure via folder

  4. Can't change language on CC website

    My Windows 7 computer is set to use English. The CC website, however, defaults to Swedish. I change this to English with the cog wheel icon at the bottom left corner. The page reloads, but it is still in Swedish.

  5. Sync working on web but not in desktop

    I have a single XD file that I'm working on and I keep having this problem very frequently where I don't get the new version of the file even if the Creative Cloud "popup" says it's synced (it's not). This happens when working on two machines one a Windows 10 and the other a Mac Mini (Mac OS 10.12). The problem is solved by modifying the old version stored locally, then the actual file appears! Honestly, this is extremely annoying

  6. Preview of Share-Link doesn't work in Safari but in Chrome and others

    The Preview of the Share-Link doesn't work in Safari but in Chrome and others...

    Download works, but not the preview... but thats what my customer needs (Extraklick for download ist too complicate)

  8. Recent upgrade of InDesign and Illustrator interchangeably sometimes loose file integrity, and new projects cannot open or must be imported.

    File locations get lost or the "version" of the InDesign or Illustrator that the file was created in is no longer available. Didn't have these issues before the last CC upgrade. Just yesterday, I saved an Illustrator file and know that I saved it. Then, did a save as to rename and make changes for a new version. The previous version vanished, an image in the recent listing menu appeared, but couldn't be found to open. Now vanished as if it never existed. Had to start my original file over using my now changed version. Just took the entire morning…

  9. Sharing not working

    Add 25 jpeg files to a new folder on website. All synced.

    Share folder with client and no files present.

    Share Link with client and files are in the folder and downloadable.

    Basic stuff that really should work.

    Sharing swatches using libraries is totally unreliable.

    From InDesign:
    I created a Green Spot Pantone color in InDesign: PANTONE 321 C and added it to a CC library
    To an Illustrator document
    In Illustrator I double clicked that swatch from the CC library and it was added to my Swatches panel as PANTONE 321 C, but it became a Global Process Color in CMYK mode as 100% Magenta.
    A totally different color, it should have stayed a Book color, with Lab values and it should not have changed to Magenta.

  11. No preview for underscore file names

    underscore file names does not show file previews on adobe cloud website. i have to remove all underscores for the file image to show up. please fix.

  12. Does CC Sync play nice with Google Drive yet?

    I have had issues in the past with CC Desktop Sync not playing nicely when Google Drive is installed on my compooter. Either the file icons don't update properly with the green checkmarks or blue sync icons, or the system fails to sync at all.

    Currently, I'm happy to report that all is working -- because I haven't had Google Drive on my laptop.

    But I'd like to have both on my laptop. Before I try installing Google Drive Sync on my laptop again, I'm wondering if this issue has been resolved?

  13. Creative Cloud reporting I have 45 GB used, but I have no files on the cloud

    Both the Creative Cloud App on my desktop and the web page for my assets is showing that I have used 45 GB of storage. However, I have no files on the cloud at all at this point. Both on my sync'd folder on my computer, and on the website itself, there are no files. So it should show that I have used zero GB. I have gone into the Deleted folder and confirmed that there are no files in there as well.

    Bad request 400 (on assets2.adobe.com) when clicking on libraries (assets.adobe.com)

    When will they be integrated again?

    Sometimes I have the bad request page, sometimes it does work??

  15. Sharing creative cloud files is not working

    Sharing of Creative Cloud files does not work anymore for some reason. When I create a link just like before the link leads always to completely blank page with all browsers (Chrome, Explore...). This worked just fine before, but not anymore for some reason.

  16. Sync between Macs is extremely (!) unreliable

    The syncing between my two Macs (macos 10.13.6) is extremely unreliable. Although one computer's files are currently in the CC cloud, they are not synchronized/downloaded to the other computer. Starting/restarting both CreativeCloud and the Mac has no effect.

    The help texts on the corresponding Adobe website (https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html?mv=product&mv2=accc#) list shortcuts for resetting the local database, etc., but they do only work on Windows not work on the Mac.

    Unfortunately, Creative Cloud is not a reliable solution with which you can work professionally.

  17. storage full

    I have 20GB of storage connected to my plan. Macbook. My Creative Cloud shows that I have used 99% of my allocated storage space but when i get info on my Create Cloud Folder, it shows I am using only 11 GB. What is using up the rest of my space? And for further information, I pay a monthly subscription and your support is pathetic. It should not take me 30-40 mins to figure out how to post a question such as this.

    Hi John, thank you for your feedback. This is a bug that we are currently investigating.

    As far as your comment about support, is there anything specifically about the support that didn’t meet your needs? Was it hard to find the feedback forum on the interface, or was it something else?

  18. 'Storage Full'

    I have just updated my Lightroom. Given that I am paying for the software I am disappointed to be given the message that my 'storage is full' when trying to export to my desktop.

    Even when I open the cloud storage I have no files in there, but I am still told that the storage is full. Should I cancel my subscription?

  20. sync deletes files randomly

    Files keep disappearing from Creative Cloud. It randomly deletes files and folders for no reason.
