CC Libraries - Deleted files cannot be loaded
When I try to load my Deleted files (which got deleted from my Libraries without my consent) I get the following error on the website dashboard:

I am signed in the CC cloud (but it says I am not) but the library panel My Library is not available to me.

no transparency in libraries thumbnails
After a horrible experience this morning trying to find a fix for the "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries" issue and finally reconnecting... I now notice that all my CC Libraries panel settings have been reset, AND the thumbnails no longer support transparency. This is particularly concerning when assets have a white color fill because the thumbnail just appears as a blank white box, instead of showing the graphic over a mid-gray background. Please bring back transparency in the CC Libraries panel thumbnails!

Way Zoomed In
CC libraries in InDesign are super zoomed in within the panel. Meaning I open the panel, and all of the swatches are blown up to a huge size and the labels are pixelated because of how scaled up everything is.

CC Libraries isn't working properly
When I try to click on any library it doesn't open that library. Other times everything in the library panel is really tiny. I have seen it really large as well. It has been very glitchy for me.

Missing files in CC Libraries
Everything appears in the web browser but Illustrator is only showing a few of our library files.

can't select anything (colors, ...) from the CC Libraries panel in illustrator.
In illustrator I can't select colors from the CC Libraries panel. When selected an object I click on a color in the Libraries panel (i tried the eyedropper tool as well) but nothing happens. The color remains the same color.
I need to fill in the color values manually, but this is not productive since there are a lot of colors (and shades of these colors) I have to use. To avoid mistakes and collab with the team, we use cc libraries.
A few days ago everything worked well, but suddenly it stopped.

CC Libraries Panel Sync issue with Spark Post Template
In Spark.adobe.com there is new Spark Post Templates that can be stored in CC Libraries.
But when I'm adding a Template in a CCLib, I have Creative Cloud Desktop sync issue.
From Spark.adobe.com, removing this Post Template automatically fix the issue.2 votes -

Double Click No Longer Opens Library Items
I used to be able to open graphics in the library by double-clicking the items. Now a double click just shows the details. I have to right click and select EDIT from the menu. This is annoying. Please restore prior behavior.

import / export .cclib files
The "import" functionality of libraries has been broken or removed. I used to be able to drag in .cclib files into the library panel and it would import the enitire library file....or there was an "import" option in the library hamburger menu. The drag and drop does not work anymore and the import option has vanished. I can still export, but there doesnt seem to be a way to import. I need this functionality for the tool to work with my company.

CC Libraries fail to load!
Our entire team is suffering from this bug. We have changed the Library permissions, updated our software and re-shared links to the libraries. Still cannot access our images. Please resolve this issue!

Bridge Libraries Panel Not Loading at Start-up
The first time I launch Bridge each day the Libraries panel does not load 9 times out of 10 with a message telling me I need to be logged into my CC account. Under the Help menu in Bridge it indicates that I am logged in. I am also logged in to CC and Photoshop and they work as expected with regard to Library functionality.
If I terminate Bridge and relaunch Bridge the panel sometimes connects to my libraries.
CC, Photoshop, and Lightroom always connect with my Libraries as expected. I have tried all the suggested fixes I've found in…

UI glitches with CC Libraries panel in InDesign
Bug # 1: When dragging panel from a regular display to a Retina (high DPI) display, the UI elements become tiny. See screenshot.
Bug # 2: Panel locks up (using latest version of InDesign, released yesterday). Cannot scroll it, click it, select any items, or click any buttons. Happens on both displays.

Some assets are being cropped on the right and top edge
In After effects. When I drag an asset from the library into my composition. It's cropping the right and top side of the asset.

Search Adobe Stock missing from Library panel
"Search adobe Stock" is missing form the Library floating panels in all Adobe programs on MacOS
Now it says "Search all libraries" but I can't search for Stock anymore!

Libraries icon missing (hidden) in tool bar
The Library Icon doesn't show up in the tool bar even though it is accessible. This started to happen after the last update. Also previously I had an issue where couldn't upload an asset because according to PS it was larger than 1GB but in reality it was not since they were only like 4 adjustment layers.
