  1. Inaccurate Storage Space

    The amount of space within the Creative Cloud seems to have been moderately accurate, yet after deleting items it seems to never decrease, leading to inaccurate readings on available storage.

  2. Saves don't work. Syncs don't show up. Seriously, what am I paying for??

    My friend will work on edititing my photos from her computer, and I will be unable to access her saves from my own computer. They will show up in the online folder, Creative cloud app is running, and will say it's up to date. But I won't be able to access any of the files created elsewhere, unless I visit the folder on the web, create a new folder for each file, and move a single file to an individual folder on the web.   3. File automatically removed or replaced

    I use windows 10 & always have Creative Cloud sync app running.

    Earlier tonight, I downloaded an XD file from my team member via Skype. By default it downloaded to 'Downloads' folder & I was about to move it to 'Creative Cloud Files' folder. Since I already had a file with same name in same location, I renamed the file (added '2' after filename) before moving.   5. Creative Cloud is useless. Lot many issues with Syncing files, especially in shared folders.

    I hate the moment when I selected Adobe XD for designing wireframes. Files never gets synced properly. :(

  6. Sync not working

    PC Win 10. Sync Version v2.4.6.82. 1.5GB of 100GB used.
    Syncing works for a while, then some days not sync anything. Makes it difficult to collaborate. I am waiting for another designers files to sync to my PC. I created the folder initially and invited them to 'Edit'. They can see all my updates, but I can't get theirs.

    - Turned off syncing in Preferences.
    - Closed Creative Cloud App.
    - Opened Task Manager and 'End Process' for all CC Background processes, eg 'Creative Cloud (32 Bit)', 'Core Sync (32 Bit)', etc (about 6 of them).
    - Re-opened Creative Cloud…

  7. Sync working on web but not in desktop

    I have a single XD file that I'm working on and I keep having this problem very frequently where I don't get the new version of the file even if the Creative Cloud "popup" says it's synced (it's not). This happens when working on two machines one a Windows 10 and the other a Mac Mini (Mac OS 10.12). The problem is solved by modifying the old version stored locally, then the actual file appears! Honestly, this is extremely annoying

  8. Does CC Sync play nice with Google Drive yet?

    I have had issues in the past with CC Desktop Sync not playing nicely when Google Drive is installed on my compooter. Either the file icons don't update properly with the green checkmarks or blue sync icons, or the system fails to sync at all.

    Currently, I'm happy to report that all is working -- because I haven't had Google Drive on my laptop.

    But I'd like to have both on my laptop. Before I try installing Google Drive Sync on my laptop again, I'm wondering if this issue has been resolved?

    I don't want to be The Guinea Pig…

  9. Sync between Macs is extremely (!) unreliable

    The syncing between my two Macs (macos 10.13.6) is extremely unreliable. Although one computer's files are currently in the CC cloud, they are not synchronized/downloaded to the other computer. Starting/restarting both CreativeCloud and the Mac has no effect.

    The help texts on the corresponding Adobe website (https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html?mv=product&mv2=accc#) list shortcuts for resetting the local database, etc., but they do only work on Windows not work on the Mac.

    Unfortunately, Creative Cloud is not a reliable solution with which you can work professionally.

  10. Libraries in photoshop doesn't see Creative Cloud desktop and can't download assets market stuff

    Window 10, 2 different computers.

    I can't download assets from the Market through CC desktop, if I click on download it does nothing, I can't create or view libraries in any programs.

    The error in trying to view libraries in Photoshop is "To use creative cloud libraries please install the creative cloud application." Which it is installed.

    If I open libraries from CC desktop it goes to

    https://assets.adobe.com/libraries

    and says "Libraries aren't here yet, but we're moving them soon."

    Which takes me to

    https://assets2.adobe.com/assets/libraries

    Which apparently isn't connected to my CC desktop app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the entire…

  11. Keeps giving a sync failure but the file doesn't even exist anymore

    I moved a file from a folder to an other folder but the file could not tync for some reason, so i tryed again with a copy and that did work. Afterwords i deleted the failed file. But it keeps giving a sync failure, even after i deleted the file (i also emptied my trashcan)
    Its pretty annoying because of te window that keeps popping up.

  13. Protoype link doesn't show anymore some screens.

    Instantly my old link where me and my team were working on didn't display all the screens. Tried to refresh the link, to update it, close browser, etc the same!
    Then I created a new link, but I need some old comments back so how do i see the old link?

    When i click restore from deleted option, the message says files has been restored. But there is no file sync and also the file is not available on the assets files section.

    The file has completed vanished and i have lost my valuable projects files

    Where are the files?

  16. XD files usually not sync via CC desktop app.

    XD files only sync when I save them as a new file. Niether XD files can not be downloaded from the cloud web platform, however I see there the relevant, latest state.

  17. No way to know if sync is working

    I'm trying to sync some video files to creative cloud using the sync folder on my PC. There used to be a way to check the upload status and percentage in the creative cloud app. This seems to be gone in the latest version so I can't tell if anything is actually uploading. My assets web page says 0 of 100.0 GB used so I imagine it isn't working.

    Files keep disappearing from Creative Cloud. It randomly deletes files and folders for no reason.

  20. Folder comes back and back again

    After having issues synchronizing my files I moved everything from my CC files folder. I also deleted every "deleted" file in the archive to start from scratch.
    Mysteriously a single folder comes back and back by itself no matter how often I delete it. Also "repaired" the CC App.
    Any suggestions?
