Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud libraries. I've had this issue for weeks, have shut down everything several times, updated everything several times, went through every item on https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html to troubleshoot. Nothing has worked. I need this resolved. I have a lot of art saved to my libraries for work and cannot access.

Try downloading and installing the Creative Cloud Libraries app manually. It has worked for me. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html
