library not loading
My library panel is constantly saying "Something went wrong initializing creative cloud libraries" and the window is blank, in all of my apps? I have tried restarting, logging out and back in. nothing seems to work. then it suddenly starts working again a few days later. It is very annoying and I use the library all the time for color pallets and other assets. How can I fix this?

Please, mine is not working as well. I've tried all the steps from the article "Libraries Pannels Not Working". I use Macbook Pro 2019 (2,4 Ghz Intel Core i5, Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 1536 MB) and everytime I open my Illustrator doc that, btw, is saved on the creative cloud online, i can't seem to open/use my Libraries. Some days work, and others it simply doesn't. I don't know what else to do.
I've tried to "Delete all folders that start with “CC_LIBRARIES_PANEL_EXTENSION_xx_xx_xx” in this location: MAC: Macintosh HD ▸ Library ▸ Application Support ▸ Adobe ▸ CEP -> extensions", but I don't have these files at all. Please HELP!

I'm having a similar issue. I managed to get cc library working again after much time and effort then it stopped working. All the recommended fixes amounted to nothing. Very, very frustrating. So much wasted time.

I have the exact same problem, have reported it at least twice, am paying an enormous amount for the programs and still they haven't fixed this. Godamned annoying.

Hi kenneth,
Sorry, you're facing this problem. Could you please try:
1. Delete all folders that start with “CC_LIBRARIES_PANEL_EXTENSION_xx_xx_xx” in this location: WIN: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions MAC: Macintosh HD ▸ Library ▸ Application Support ▸ Adobe ▸ CEP -> extensions
2. Follow the steps from Solution 2 in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html
Before trying the steps - please, make sure you've killed `Creative Cloud Libraries Synchronizer` process in Task Manager / Activity Monitor, as well as quitting all Adobe related products. This is mentioned in steps 1 and 2 of the article, but I wanted to point it out because it's important. Please let us know if this didn't resolve the issue. Thanks for reaching out.
Regards,
Hari Vallabha
