vector assets with transparent backgrounds have white background when being used
all of my vector files in CC Libraries that have transparent backgrounds are now stuck with white backgrounds when I try to use them or place them into a file.

I had a similar problem that also involved "locking up" editable text. It's as if the library had converted the artwork into some sort of JPEG. Also, whenever I'd drag an item from the library into a doc, it would show up in the Links palette. By selecting it in Links palette and choosing "Unlink" everything returned to normal, editable art.

Hi maggie,
Sorry for the delayed response. Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the issue mentioned using assets with transparent backgrounds. We were able to see transparent background on placing them in a file. The graphic was created in photoshop and used in illustrator.
We'd like to investigate your problem further -
Could you please describe more on which type of assets you were observing this behavior, and the applications being used? Also if you could share logs from your machine, this would be very helpful. Here's a link to the Adobe Log Collector Tool:
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
This will generate a zip file. It will be something like "AdobeLogs_20221011_081024_xxx.zip"
This might help us to understand the root cause of the problem.Thank you,
Hari Vallabha
