CC Library freezes and not able to scroll
UPDATE: The issue is not that it freezes but that the visual display of scrolling is not happening. I can make a motion to scroll in the library and visually, nothing changes, but when I drag from the library, it is not the asset that I grabbed that is being pulled, it is the one that corresponds to the location where the scrolling action stopped.
When I open a document, Libraries freezes so I am unable to scroll through the list of assets. I have to quit Illustrator and reopen to fix the scrolling problem. Happens at least once per day.
The issue is now fixed in Illustrator 25.4 that is available in the Creative cloud App for download.

This has not been fixed. Still having this problem in Illustrator even with the new update. Makes working in Illustrator really difficult.
Frozen libraries is such a pain, all applications seem to suffer it. After Effects is the latest one. I can't seem to trick it into resuscitation either.
Soon I will take all the elements, logos, graphics away from Libraries and go back to traditional copy-paste.
Too much time wasted on sorting things like this.
And please, fewer updates in the future. People have work to get done.

This issue persists. I noticed it most in InDesign but it happens in Photoshop as well. Also if you're working on a multi-screen setup this tends to be a trigger. Sometimes moving it back to your laptop screen resolves the problem but other times (most of the time) it does not.
Same issue in InDesign. I can use the CC library for about 5-10 minutes after launching, but then it becomes unresponsive and I have to restart.
I'm restarting InDesign 10+ times a day to access assets.

This is not fixed in InDesign. It's been broken for years!
Sort this stuff out Adobe for FFS
The entire library appears shrunken and small in the window and is not able to be used. Happens across all apps that access it as well.
The issue is now fixed with Illustrator 25.4 that is available on Creative cloud App for download. Can you please update to this version and try this out.

Hey folks, just had this happen to me as well. I was on the most current version 25.3.1 and just stopped working. My extensions also froze. I switched to version 24.3 and it fixed it. Hope this gets resolved soon.
I agree, this issue has been going on for a long time. Usually, it would happen to me in Illustrator. I found that leaving V. 24.3 installed worked better compared to the newer versions. But now it is also happening with InDesign 16.3.2. Very frustrating.
This issue has gotten worse and worse in the past few months. I now have to restart every hour to continue using libraries.

Happening to me as well. I use my library constantly for styles and colors and I keep having to restart the program to access anything!
This is an ongoing issue! Why has it not been fixed? My productivity is being affected. Come on Adobe! FIX THIS ALREADY!!!!!

Same issue. Please fix. It significantly reduces efficiency and creates awkwardness when collaborating on video calls/screen-sharing.
still a problem even with update. Very annoying and a waste of time. Have to restart to get the items I need from the library. Latest issue is not only not working, but the scale of the library is tiny. All other windows pop out at regular size and Library is zoomed out (as though I hit [command - ] several times).
I am also experiencing this. I need to be able to access my Library's for saved colours for branding

This issue has been going on for more than a year, please deliver a fix!
This 'feature' is still broken. It's more of a dam in my workflow than anything else.
