Creative Cloud App, Libraries, Assets and Sync
I recently bought 6 months Creative Cloud through my College and got a huge discount. I switched my account and uninstalled every adobe program and reinstalled the creative cloud desktop app and other apps through the school account. I have had NOTHING but problems. There is a HUGE bug with enterprise accounts and libraries. I have downloaded my assests and installed apps over 3 times because they install but yet they won't show up in account. Then I have to sign out and sign back in but yet I choose the personal account selection and see some of my files there.. NOT all of my assets and files but about half. So I wonder where the others are being stored and I reinstall all of them over again and then use the file sync folder for libraries. I have even uninstalled every app and creative cloud and started over again and used the creative cloud library fix and cleaner tool as showed in help files. NOTHING works. Then I go back to my enterprise link and nothing is there! I have done these steps over and over again.
Also when I use the enterprise school link, it tells me I'm only eligible for a free trial of all the creative cloud apps! I signed up for 6 months! So I don't know what to do, I haven't been able to get any work done as Ive been too busy trying to uninstall, clean, fix and reinstall all the damn apps and assets and experience apps over and over again. At this point, I've started to use my free canva school account to get anything done. I don't want to hear any fixes that i've already tried. I've done it over and over again. I have 5 kids, i do my school online and their school is online now and I can't spend days of time trying to refigure adobe so I have access to my files and stuff so I can actually start creating. I am appreciative of the discount I recieved for 6 months was only $40 which saved me so much money! But all the hassle I almost wish I either stayed with my student account at $20 a month which I could barely afford or I will have to start finding another program to use. Then when I try to access HELP, it says I must contact my system Administrator and guess what? there is no support there either. please help!

In screenshots: 7daytrial shows that when I open PS it tells me I only have 7 days free trial of program when I'm logged into my account and launched prog app from the Creative Cloud.
ccfreetrial shows from Creative Cloud desktop app that I have free trial access to programs when I'm logged into my account.
cclibraries shows that none of my files or libraries are available even when logged into my account.
creativecloudpersonalaccount shows that when I log out of account and log back in using same school email but use link for personal account, that now I have regular access to programs now.
nocloudfileson personal account shows that none of my libraries or files are available using school email login and personal account link, with the exception of the files I saved when using Spark online.
noplugins available shows only 1 app plugin although I installed many repeatedly since they say they were installed but won't allow any access using program.
plugins on creative cloud app shows lots of installed apps on creative cloud even though it is not available to use with the apps
sync shows that sync is complete but yet only a tiny amount of storage used when I have much more files on cloud.
Again, I have already used the cleaner tool. I have uninstalled EVERY app and reinstalled them all over again to attempt to solve the issue. I even downloaded the files for the libraries as recommended in help.
I cannot keep deleting everything and reinstalling and syncing all my files and reinstalling my plugins over and over so please, don't recommend that. I have and this is not okay. I have spent so much time on trying to fix this problem and have not been able to get any homework done or much else.
This needs to be addressed and fixed.
