I'm constantly getting this error too, after about 3 or 4 retries it will upload, pretty poor performance to be fair, that and not being able to upload folders makes me feel like adobe are living in the past!
These errors aren't shown in the notifications either which is very annoying so if you aren't looking at the upload and it fails you don't actually know - you end up counting files in the source folder and comparing them to the webpage - begs the question what the notifications are for?
@Yukari - happens with files of all sizes, 1Gb files return a different error stating the filesize limit

Hi there,
Thank you for reporting issues. Unfortunately, 1GB is a current limit uploading form CC Assets Web. Please use CC Desktop application to sync large files. We're working on fixing that ugly red error message.

Same Problem... Can't upload most Photoshop files. It's silly.. I hoped so much for this Cloud to work well..

I have the same problem. I get the XHR error using drag and drop or syncing, on both Chrome and Firefox. It only happens when uploading large files. Most of my Photoshop files are large, therefore Creative Cloud is utterly useless.

Hi Munzir, what kind of files did you upload? Also, are they large size ones? Thanks!
