Sync working on web but not in desktop
I have a single XD file that I'm working on and I keep having this problem very frequently where I don't get the new version of the file even if the Creative Cloud "popup" says it's synced (it's not). This happens when working on two machines one a Windows 10 and the other a Mac Mini (Mac OS 10.12). The problem is solved by modifying the old version stored locally, then the actual file appears! Honestly, this is extremely annoying

I figured out how to fix it! Create a new folder on the web, and move a single file into that folder. So one new folder for each file. Pain in the butt. But it does make the image show up on the desktop. I'm also having the issue on a Mac Mini, 10.13.

Similiar problem I have to save a new version of an XD when working from home which I sometimes need to do.
Open the file at home make a change and save it. It sync's to the cloud but when I go to work in won't update with the new file, says it's sync'd but it's not.

This keeps happening to me as well. I haven't found a way to fix it. Not sure what you mean by "modifying the old version". I'm afraid of changing the old file and that overwriting the new one on the cloud
