I have 20GB of storage connected to my plan. Macbook. My Creative Cloud shows that I have used 99% of my allocated storage space but when i get info on my Create Cloud Folder, it shows I am using only 11 GB. What is using up the rest of my space? And for further information, I pay a monthly subscription and your support is pathetic. It should not take me 30-40 mins to figure out how to post a question such as this.

As far as your comment about support, is there anything specifically about the support that didn’t meet your needs? Was it hard to find the feedback forum on the interface, or was it something else?

I have a 20GB monthly plan and my storage says I've used 81GB and nothing can be uploaded or synced. I cannot access my cloud storage online or through any adobe applications I have downloaded. Lightroom is the only application I have used and the files viewable through that app are minimal. I've deleted over 1000 photos off of Lightroom with no reduction to the 81GB used and the full cloud storage is not accessible anywhere. There is no help forum for this nor any (easily accessible) way to contact customer support. I am paying a monthly fee for a service that I cannot use or edit to make it accessible. This is effecting my work and my means of income. Why can I not access my own cloud storage when I am paying for this service? How does one delete excess files if files cannot be accessed or viewed?
I experience the same problem right now.
I try to delete all file in a device, and delete all file in the website as well. However when everything is cleaned up, the % of free storage remained the same as before.
Whatever I am doing right now, the same % always remain (~75%) So I only have 25% free storage left. Please look into this problem!

Hi John. I too am suffering from full storage, yet no files show when I attempt to find them in order to delete and clear space. Furthermore whenever I try to upgrade my storage space I get the same notification that something failed and to try again or contact customer service, which is also proving difficult. Could your company Please Please sort this out as a matter of urgency as it's preventing me from working and I am losing out on needed finances. Thank you. Dan.
