Sync not working
PC Win 10. Sync Version v2.4.6.82. 1.5GB of 100GB used.
Syncing works for a while, then some days not sync anything. Makes it difficult to collaborate. I am waiting for another designers files to sync to my PC. I created the folder initially and invited them to 'Edit'. They can see all my updates, but I can't get theirs.
- Turned off syncing in Preferences.
- Closed Creative Cloud App.
- Opened Task Manager and 'End Process' for all CC Background processes, eg 'Creative Cloud (32 Bit)', 'Core Sync (32 Bit)', etc (about 6 of them).
- Re-opened Creative Cloud App.
- Turned on syncing in Preferences
- 'Syncing...' appears briefly at the bottom of the CC App.
- nothing changes.
Also tried:
- Permanently delete the 'Deleted' files via browser (Assets > Deleted)
- sign in/sign via CC App
- restart PC several times
- update all CC Apps (even though nothing to do with syncing)
Nothing is working, except waiting a few weeks and it might work then.

Hi there! Thank you for reporting this issue. It is currently under review. Thanks for your patience!

Same here.
First time user. I moved a folder containing 500 MB of files in folders & subfolders into the Creative Cloud Files folder.
Settings for Cloud: upload & download speeds at the max (100 percent each).
After over 12 hours, the files are still not synced.
Some parent folders have the icon of a white check in a green circle, which I assume means synced. (No documentation visible anywhere.)
Most files have the icon of left and right arrows, which I assume means syncing.
Paradoxically, some parent folders have the check mark while some of their child files and folders still have the syncing icon.
I gave up and moved my folder out of the Creative Cloud Files folder, partly because I saw reports on this website of files disappearing mysteriously.
Adobe is still syncing 45 of 90 files.
But there were 108 files, not 90.Platform:
MacOS 12.6.1 (Monterey)
iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015, Intel processor, 8 GB RAM)
My network speed: 400 Mbps down / 200 Mbps up (measured with Google Speed Test). So, figure 10 MB (Bytes) per sec.
500 MB / 10 MBps = 50 seconds.
Even at 1/10 that rate, it should take 500 sec, or less than 10 minutes.
[Update]
I also have DropBox installed on my iMac. It has always worked. Could that be a conflict with Creative Cloud Files Synced Files? -

I have used only 14.3GB of the 100GB but CC is saying that I've used up my limit of 100GB. Not sure what the issue is.

hello, I have the same problem since the reinstallation of MAc OS High Sierra and Adobe CC. The sync has lasted for at least 3 days, certainly there is a lot of element but it's quite long!
Since yesterday I no longer have access to files to collaborate or share from the MacbookPro but online I seem to have the hand.
The synchronization is done then disappears, the different markers which indicate the synchronization disappear. This the video of the issue
