Unable to access libraries / Library panel does not load
The library panel is not loading on desktop apps.
Are you still having issues? If so, can you let us know what applications are giving you trouble?

When working, Libraries is very helpful to work on multiple clients., however,

This is happening more and more often, making Libraries a liability rather than a tool. I've gone through the "solutions" multiple times with no result. Then, libraries randomly work again, only to fail when I need them most.

Hello, I have reinstalled CC app, logged out and back into CC and my libraries still will not initialize. Any help that can be provided will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

close all the adobe apps, go to uninstall the creative cloud app, when it shows repair button. click it.

My libraries are still blank after trying all the suggested options, replacing cache, manually installing app, cleaning creative library, restarting, etc.

All I see under Libraries is blank, solid grey! Even if I click to Create New Library, nothing happens! Tried restarting, reinstalling, reinstalling CC, reinstalling Libraries... I have work to do and need the stuff in my Libraries!

Mine as well, even after trying all the steps and tricks > it's stuck here and I can't scroll down or get rid of the preview to access my libraries.

I have been able to fix this issue by doing a complete uninstall, deletion of C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe , C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe . Then reinstall, maybe someone will find an easier way.

I have this error come up with the CC Library Panel: "something went wrong initializing creative cloud libraries".
I've tried everything that Adobe had suggested but nothing has worked and it's been 4 days since I've been able to access them.
