  1. Illustrator Version 26.4 and 26.3.1 have an issue where if you wake your computer from hibernation or sleep, the Libraries panel in illustrator will prompt you to install Creative Cloud. This problem doesn't happen in previous versions.

  2. Libraries now allow the creation of groups and subgroups inside them. They appear properly in Adobe programs, but not in the Word and PowerPoint add-ins. Subgroups are shown as completely independent groups with no respect to hierarchies. Please update the add-in to support displaying subgroups properly.

  4. PC Win 10. Sync Version v2.4.6.82. 1.5GB of 100GB used.
    Syncing works for a while, then some days not sync anything. Makes it difficult to collaborate. I am waiting for another designers files to sync to my PC. I created the folder initially and invited them to 'Edit'. They can see all my updates, but I can't get theirs.

    • Turned off syncing in Preferences.
    • Closed Creative Cloud App.
    • Opened Task Manager and 'End Process' for all CC Background processes, eg 'Creative Cloud (32 Bit)', 'Core Sync (32 Bit)', etc (about 6 of them).
    • Re-opened Creative Cloud App.
    • Turned on syncing…

  9. So because of Adobe Muse EOL I cancelled everything Adobe except my cancelled Creative Cloud is supposed to still let me have 2GB storage. I've deleted everything I can see including archived files and CC still keeps notifying me my storage is full. Okay???

  10. I have a bunch of non-normal file types for things, one has a .cpnx extension. The site lists this as an OCTET file type. I've tried manually uploading a new copy of a file that already exists, but when I choose the file it says it's not the same file type (even though it's the same file name and extension) and won't let me upload.

  11. We collaborate on a magazine. Every time one of us makes revisions and tries to replace the file it tell us we cannot because it is not the same file type. It is the same exact file type - InDesign. Please advise

  12. My idea is not to redesign your assets website if It breaks key functions. Especially the link to share video, my client has a presentation due tomorrow and needs to also view on their phone. This is really disappointing.

    This is what I get, and the video will not play.

    We will look into the issue with the player for a shared video link — these pages are separate from the new assets.adobe.com interface, so this issue is independent of the new interface & likely a regression.

    If there are specific feedback items on the new interface, we would like to understand more so we take it into account as we continue to make updates & improvements.

  13. Up until recently, if you chose "Collaborate…" in the Creative Cloud Files folder, a browser window would open up with a form to directly share the file/folder with someone. Now it gets redirected to the main Creative Cloud page (the same place "View on Website" would lead you to). The same thing goes for "Share Link…" and "Show file activity" which redirects to the shared assets' page on Creative Cloud (just like "View on Website" would).

  14. I moved a file from a folder to an other folder but the file could not tync for some reason, so i tryed again with a copy and that did work. Afterwords i deleted the failed file. But it keeps giving a sync failure, even after i deleted the file (i also emptied my trashcan)
    Its pretty annoying because of te window that keeps popping up.

  15. my latest file is deleted by me with a foolish mistake, and I can NOT retore it back to "files" folder. Every time I press restore, it only shows "gf_mockup.xd could not be restored - Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0"
    can you help to restore the file and let me download or sync with my local folder? please.

  16. I created several folders in my Cloud for Teams. I invited several people to share the folders. They can see the folders, but I cannot. Why?

  17. As I was attempting to upload my first file to my library, it said that I could not, as I had used 21/20GB... Which first of all, doesn't make sense, as you can't use more space than you have. Also, there is no way that the file I am uploading is taking up over 20 GB, and I have never uploaded files there before.

  18. Can not move all selected files into other folders. Even though it shows that the files have moved, when I refresh my browser the files are back in the old folder. I am not able to manage my files correctly.

  19. After having issues synchronizing my files I moved everything from my CC files folder. I also deleted every "deleted" file in the archive to start from scratch.
    Mysteriously a single folder comes back and back by itself no matter how often I delete it. Also "repaired" the CC App.
    Any suggestions?
