  1. PC Win 10. Sync Version v2.4.6.82. 1.5GB of 100GB used.
    Syncing works for a while, then some days not sync anything. Makes it difficult to collaborate. I am waiting for another designers files to sync to my PC. I created the folder initially and invited them to 'Edit'. They can see all my updates, but I can't get theirs.

    • Turned off syncing in Preferences.
    • Closed Creative Cloud App.
    • Opened Task Manager and 'End Process' for all CC Background processes, eg 'Creative Cloud (32 Bit)', 'Core Sync (32 Bit)', etc (about 6 of them).
    • Re-opened Creative Cloud App.
    • Turned on syncing…

  4. I have a single XD file that I'm working on and I keep having this problem very frequently where I don't get the new version of the file even if the Creative Cloud "popup" says it's synced (it's not). This happens when working on two machines one a Windows 10 and the other a Mac Mini (Mac OS 10.12). The problem is solved by modifying the old version stored locally, then the actual file appears! Honestly, this is extremely annoying

  5. XD files only sync when I save them as a new file. Niether XD files can not be downloaded from the cloud web platform, however I see there the relevant, latest state.

  7. My friend will work on edititing my photos from her computer, and I will be unable to access her saves from my own computer. They will show up in the online folder, Creative cloud app is running, and will say it's up to date. But I won't be able to access any of the files created elsewhere, unless I visit the folder on the web, create a new folder for each file, and move a single file to an individual folder on the web.   9. Describe my idea? hmmm... How about "Library Sync" for Adobe Stock should work, clicking on the button that says "sync" should sync. Sorry to be glib... but its really that simple. Clicking this button should update my library with ALL the stuff I just bought... [see photo]

  10. Trying to free up space in my Cloud Storage, so I've moved them out of the Cloud Storage and DELETED the folders entirely, and my files say they're "up to date" on the syncing but the percentage still shows that 89% of my cloud storage is used up. Which is impossible, since I've physically deleted more than HALF the files in my Cloud Storage. Is there a glitch in this percentage number? Or do I have to restart for this to resync to the correct available space number/percentage

  11. The syncing between my two Macs (macos 10.13.6) is extremely unreliable. Although one computer's files are currently in the CC cloud, they are not synchronized/downloaded to the other computer. Starting/restarting both CreativeCloud and the Mac has no effect.

    The help texts on the corresponding Adobe website (https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html?mv=product&mv2=accc#) list shortcuts for resetting the local database, etc., but they do only work on Windows not work on the Mac.

    Unfortunately, Creative Cloud is not a reliable solution with which you can work professionally.

  13. Takes over an hour to sync even a small 3MB file.

    When collaborating with other designers, we have to wait hours to check each others changes. This is unworkable. There should be a way to force a refresh.

    My colleague completes his work, saves the file, then emails me to say it's done. Then a few hours later, the updated files are there. We are on Australian NBN Broadband, which is 25MBps.

  16. Window 10, 2 different computers.

    I can't download assets from the Market through CC desktop, if I click on download it does nothing, I can't create or view libraries in any programs.

    The error in trying to view libraries in Photoshop is "To use creative cloud libraries please install the creative cloud application." Which it is installed.

    If I open libraries from CC desktop it goes to

    https://assets.adobe.com/libraries

    and says "Libraries aren't here yet, but we're moving them soon."

    Which takes me to

    https://assets2.adobe.com/assets/libraries

    Which apparently isn't connected to my CC desktop app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the entire…

  17. I'm trying to sync some video files to creative cloud using the sync folder on my PC. There used to be a way to check the upload status and percentage in the creative cloud app. This seems to be gone in the latest version so I can't tell if anything is actually uploading. My assets web page says 0 of 100.0 GB used so I imagine it isn't working.

  18. Leider gibt es einen Ordner in meiner Cloud, den ich nicht gelöscht bekomme.
    Der liegt im Papierkorb - und dort liegt er nun schon sehr lange.
    Nach dem ich alle Schritte aus ihren Problemhilfen durchgeführt habe, bekomme ich aber immer noch die Fehlermeldung, dass einiges nicht synchronisiert werden kann. Ich kann den Ordner weder löschen, noch wieder herstellen. Was kann ich tun?

  19. Please make the Adobe Fonts Management in the CC Desktop App more user friendly.

    Add a toggle to collapse/open all font families. Doing this manually is extremely tedious and the App never remembers your settings.

    If you do go ahead and collapse them all (which takes a long time to do - if you have a lot of fonts synced) at the very least the App should remember that setting when it refreshes or closes and re-opens.

    Ideally a toggle to open all/close all families would be ideal.
