  1. Sync not working

    PC Win 10. Sync Version v2.4.6.82. 1.5GB of 100GB used.
    Syncing works for a while, then some days not sync anything. Makes it difficult to collaborate. I am waiting for another designers files to sync to my PC. I created the folder initially and invited them to 'Edit'. They can see all my updates, but I can't get theirs.


    • Turned off syncing in Preferences.

    • Closed Creative Cloud App.

    • Opened Task Manager and 'End Process' for all CC Background processes, eg 'Creative Cloud (32 Bit)', 'Core Sync (32 Bit)', etc (about 6 of them).

    • Re-opened Creative Cloud App.

    • Turned on syncing…

  2. Colors are not Color managed in CC libraries

    I use Adobe Illustrator as an example.
    Create an RGB color R 166, G 255, B 51 in an sRGB document and add the swatch to a CC Library.
    Change your RGB color settings to Wide Gamut RGB and create a new document.
    Use the swatch from the CC library, the result is a totally different color.
    The color in the CC library does not have a profile attached, only the numbers are used and no conversion or warning takes place.

  3. CC says my storage is full but i can't see anything there

    There's nothing in my cc storage but cc says it is one hundred per cent full, so what do i do????????

  5. Sync working on web but not in desktop

    I have a single XD file that I'm working on and I keep having this problem very frequently where I don't get the new version of the file even if the Creative Cloud "popup" says it's synced (it's not). This happens when working on two machines one a Windows 10 and the other a Mac Mini (Mac OS 10.12). The problem is solved by modifying the old version stored locally, then the actual file appears! Honestly, this is extremely annoying

  6. Sharing not working

    Add 25 jpeg files to a new folder on website. All synced.

    Share folder with client and no files present.

    Share Link with client and files are in the folder and downloadable.

    Basic stuff that really should work.

  7. XD files usually not sync via CC desktop app.

    XD files only sync when I save them as a new file. Niether XD files can not be downloaded from the cloud web platform, however I see there the relevant, latest state.

  9. Missing Download Button?

    Maybe I'm blind, but I can't find the download button for my own assets or folders in the new design?

    Also please link libraries with files. I would really like to have access to my files in my library panel in Photoshop for example.

  10. something went wrong initializing creative cloud libraries

    I have this error come up with the CC Library Panel: "something went wrong initializing creative cloud libraries".

    I've tried everything that Adobe had suggested but nothing has worked and it's been 4 days since I've been able to access them.

  11. Creative Cloud reporting I have 45 GB used, but I have no files on the cloud

    Both the Creative Cloud App on my desktop and the web page for my assets is showing that I have used 45 GB of storage. However, I have no files on the cloud at all at this point. Both on my sync'd folder on my computer, and on the website itself, there are no files. So it should show that I have used zero GB. I have gone into the Deleted folder and confirmed that there are no files in there as well.

    Sharing swatches using libraries is totally unreliable.

    From InDesign:
    I created a Green Spot Pantone color in InDesign: PANTONE 321 C and added it to a CC library
    To an Illustrator document
    In Illustrator I double clicked that swatch from the CC library and it was added to my Swatches panel as PANTONE 321 C, but it became a Global Process Color in CMYK mode as 100% Magenta.
    A totally different color, it should have stayed a Book color, with Lab values and it should not have changed to Magenta.

  14. XD files not syncing from past 5 days

    The XD files are not syncing and we hit a huge collaboration block here. Please fix it or give me work around.

  15. storage full

    I have 20GB of storage connected to my plan. Macbook. My Creative Cloud shows that I have used 99% of my allocated storage space but when i get info on my Create Cloud Folder, it shows I am using only 11 GB. What is using up the rest of my space? And for further information, I pay a monthly subscription and your support is pathetic. It should not take me 30-40 mins to figure out how to post a question such as this.

    Hi John, thank you for your feedback. This is a bug that we are currently investigating.

    As far as your comment about support, is there anything specifically about the support that didn’t meet your needs? Was it hard to find the feedback forum on the interface, or was it something else?

  16. Problem overwriting, deleting or moving files

    Unable to delete, move or overwrite files. Adobe cloud always says that they can't find the file for deleting or moving but the file is still there in the directory.

  19. file sync percentage not changing

    Trying to free up space in my Cloud Storage, so I've moved them out of the Cloud Storage and DELETED the folders entirely, and my files say they're "up to date" on the syncing but the percentage still shows that 89% of my cloud storage is used up. Which is impossible, since I've physically deleted more than HALF the files in my Cloud Storage. Is there a glitch in this percentage number? Or do I have to restart for this to resync to the correct available space number/percentage
