  1. When i add a graphic to a library and then go to drag it into a group, it doesnt drop where i want it to and just drops in a random spot in another group above where i want it to.

    This happens 90% of the time and sometimes it randomly works normally

  2. A "Switch to Custom groups" window pops up when clicking a color swatch in my saved color library. This has just started doing this for me the past few weeks. It seems to happen over and over at times. I'm not sure why.

    Hi Mirddin,

    I’d love to get some more detail on this issue your encountering. Is this an issue you’re experiencing with the Extract feature on PSDs? If so, this was a bug that was fixed shortly after your bug was filed. If not, I’d love to get more detail on when you’re experiencing this.

  5. When i click restore from deleted option, the message says files has been restored. But there is no file sync and also the file is not available on the assets files section.

    The file has completed vanished and i have lost my valuable projects files

    Where are the files?

  6. I selected a file to restore and got a message that it had been successfully restored but I cannot find in any of the other folders. Since there is no search function in the new assets interface, I had to search on my computer (which is synced) but it is not there either. I've refreshed and waited almost an hour but has still not shown up.

    So, in summary, an important folder that had been previously archived and should have been restored has completely disappeared.

  7. I have 20GB of storage connected to my plan. Macbook. My Creative Cloud shows that I have used 99% of my allocated storage space but when i get info on my Create Cloud Folder, it shows I am using only 11 GB. What is using up the rest of my space? And for further information, I pay a monthly subscription and your support is pathetic. It should not take me 30-40 mins to figure out how to post a question such as this.

    Hi John, thank you for your feedback. This is a bug that we are currently investigating.

    As far as your comment about support, is there anything specifically about the support that didn’t meet your needs? Was it hard to find the feedback forum on the interface, or was it something else?

  8. XD files only sync when I save them as a new file. Niether XD files can not be downloaded from the cloud web platform, however I see there the relevant, latest state.
