CC Assets
When i click restore from deleted option, the message says files has been restored. But there is no file sync and also the file is not available on the assets files section.
The file has completed vanished and i have lost my valuable projects files
Where are the files?

Uploading XD files to assets converts label's it as ZIP file
I'm having trouble trying to upload XD files in the asset store to view it on my mobile phone, It label's it as a ZIP file but when I tried downloading it It's just an .xd file
1 voteHi there — Apologies for the inconvenience & this is a high priority issue for us. As a temporary work-around, you can download / move the XD file to your local storage from the sync’ed Creative Cloud Files that is on your file system browser. Thank you.

I cannot restore a file from the deleted folder
I selected a file to restore and got a message that it had been successfully restored but I cannot find in any of the other folders. Since there is no search function in the new assets interface, I had to search on my computer (which is synced) but it is not there either. I've refreshed and waited almost an hour but has still not shown up.
So, in summary, an important folder that had been previously archived and should have been restored has completely disappeared.

No MOV files found when linked to, but seen in the same browser after upload
whyn I can see and play a MOV video after upload, but the link I´ve emailed is useless? Error message: "No video in supported formats found" I thought it´s adobe... But now I quickly move back to googledrive or dropbox, clients are waiting :((((((

XD files usually not sync via CC desktop app.
XD files only sync when I save them as a new file. Niether XD files can not be downloaded from the cloud web platform, however I see there the relevant, latest state.

can NOT restore file from "deleted" folder
my latest file is deleted by me with a foolish mistake, and I can NOT retore it back to "files" folder. Every time I press restore, it only shows "gf_mockup.xd could not be restored - Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0"

Problem writing comments in Japanese
While entering a Japanese text in a shared Adobe XD prototype comment text field, it listens too aggressively to the "Enter key down" event. The Enter (Return) key is used by the Japanese input frontend to accept a conversion of the typed phonetic characters to the proper display characters. So pressing Enter key should only insert the composed phrase into the text field and allow further composition while the user is typing in Japanese.
I hope you can make an update so that an Enter key press posts the comment ONLY when a Japanese phrase is not currently being composed,…1 vote -

I created several folders in my Cloud for Teams. I invited several people to share the folders. They can see the folders, but I cannot. Why?

CC Asset Storage Full, But No Files in My Library...?
As I was attempting to upload my first file to my library, it said that I could not, as I had used 21/20GB... Which first of all, doesn't make sense, as you can't use more space than you have. Also, there is no way that the file I am uploading is taking up over 20 GB, and I have never uploaded files there before.

Move Tool assets.adobe.com
Can not move all selected files into other folders. Even though it shows that the files have moved, when I refresh my browser the files are back in the old folder. I am not able to manage my files correctly.

Downloading as JPEG
In the previous version, you could download as several different file types. This is ESSENTIAL to our team's workflow as different people's software have different requirements. Why did this go away?

Cannot upload files to a cloud storage
For the last couple of days, I'm trying to upload some mp4 video (700MB) to cloud storage but it doesn't work. I keep staring at this http://take.ms/MKvtS and once it disappears the video is NOT uploaded in Assets. Also, uploading photos is super slow, but at least it works.

Where are all my files?
All my files are missing. I can see them in my creative cloud folder on my computer, but I can't see them when I select "view on web".

I can't preview a PDF file on my Chrome browser.
I remember it was possible with the older design.

Why could not I use my Adobe Creative Cloud Collection? All of them. I even had to upgrade them. Even when I tried, it could not be downloaded. Does it have to do with the payment problems, etc.,? Or could it be possible for other issues regarding to it?

Can't Use New Assets Web Site on Mobile
The following issues occur in the new Assets Web site on mobile (Android 7.1.1, using Chrome 62.0.3202.84 or Edge 1.0.0.1267)
• Cannot see page header until rotating device, and then only halfway
