Folder comes back and back again
After having issues synchronizing my files I moved everything from my CC files folder. I also deleted every "deleted" file in the archive to start from scratch.
Mysteriously a single folder comes back and back by itself no matter how often I delete it. Also "repaired" the CC App.

Missing Download Button?
Maybe I'm blind, but I can't find the download button for my own assets or folders in the new design?
Also please link libraries with files. I would really like to have access to my files in my library panel in Photoshop for example.

Unknown file type lists as OCTET, cannot manually upload new copies to the site
I have a bunch of non-normal file types for things, one has a .cpnx extension. The site lists this as an OCTET file type. I've tried manually uploading a new copy of a file that already exists, but when I choose the file it says it's not the same file type (even though it's the same file name and extension) and won't let me upload.

Replacing updated files not allowed anymore?
We collaborate on a magazine. Every time one of us makes revisions and tries to replace the file it tell us we cannot because it is not the same file type. It is the same exact file type - InDesign. Please advise

Sync slow when collaborating
Takes over an hour to sync even a small 3MB file.
When collaborating with other designers, we have to wait hours to check each others changes. This is unworkable. There should be a way to force a refresh.
My colleague completes his work, saves the file, then emails me to say it's done. Then a few hours later, the updated files are there. We are on Australian NBN Broadband, which is 25MBps.

When Sharing a link to a video it will not play when you click on the link, very disappointing used to work flawlessly , what happened?
My idea is not to redesign your assets website if It breaks key functions. Especially the link to share video, my client has a presentation due tomorrow and needs to also view on their phone. This is really disappointing.
This is what I get, and the video will not play.
1 voteWe will look into the issue with the player for a shared video link — these pages are separate from the new assets.adobe.com interface, so this issue is independent of the new interface & likely a regression.
If there are specific feedback items on the new interface, we would like to understand more so we take it into account as we continue to make updates & improvements.

Files moved to trash
Errors while syncing as files keep moving to trash, unable to locate synced files.

The "Collaborate…", "Share Link…" and "Show file activity" contextual menu items functions as "View on Website"
Up until recently, if you chose "Collaborate…" in the Creative Cloud Files folder, a browser window would open up with a form to directly share the file/folder with someone. Now it gets redirected to the main Creative Cloud page (the same place "View on Website" would lead you to). The same thing goes for "Share Link…" and "Show file activity" which redirects to the shared assets' page on Creative Cloud (just like "View on Website" would).
Tested environments: MacOS Mojave, Windows 10

Rendering occurs and freezes
When retrieving page resources, rendering occurs and freezes. PSD resources are not displayed

I’d love to get some more detail on this issue your encountering. Is this an issue you’re experiencing with the Extract feature on PSDs? If so, this was a bug that was fixed shortly after your bug was filed. If not, I’d love to get more detail on when you’re experiencing this.

Folder and Files undeletable
There are files and folders which cannot be deleted anymore, neither in the cloud nor locally (which fails syncing to the cloud).
At least it would be nice if you could repair my account.

Keeps giving a sync failure but the file doesn't even exist anymore
I moved a file from a folder to an other folder but the file could not tync for some reason, so i tryed again with a copy and that did work. Afterwords i deleted the failed file. But it keeps giving a sync failure, even after i deleted the file (i also emptied my trashcan)
Its pretty annoying because of te window that keeps popping up.2 votesHi Hans,

J'ai mis mes dossier dans le cloud, il a tourné toute la nuit et pourtant ce mati il dit que le nombre de fichier transféré est identique à celui que j'ai mis, mais ça continu de dire encore 1 seconde! Que faire ?

Spacing when sharing files
When sharing a file to someone outside of CC, the view is off for the recipient. There's a large space at that top of the page that moves the file preview way down the page. When sharing a folder outside of CC, the banner with the folder name is huge.

I cannot upload files to the web portal fro creative cloud. I'm trying this as the syncing isn't working either with the desktop app and the mobile app????

File not opening on click, error
I tried to open an indd. file on the cc assets website. Can't open it due to an error. It says that there is no download available. I have got another file that opens as it should be and I can view it and place comments. Any ideas?

Protoype link doesn't show anymore some screens.
Instantly my old link where me and my team were working on didn't display all the screens. Tried to refresh the link, to update it, close browser, etc the same!
Then I created a new link, but I need some old comments back so how do i see the old link?Thanx

Can't find my files in CC Assets
I can't see any file in folders however free space indicator shows that 2.9 Gb of 20 Gb used.
Desktop sync doesen't work too. Sync indicator shows that all files synced but CC folder is empty. This problem lasts at least last month (from May). Not good for payed subscription...1 vote
