This is a bug that has annoyed me to no end. I'll have Photoshop or Premiere open for a certain period of time and CC will randomly sign me out for no reason. Might I ask why? Does it always do this when you leave it open for too long? Is Creative Cloud scared that I'm gonna abandon it or something? I shouldn't have to check every 5 minutes to see weather or not Photoshop is gonna randomly close. Please address this issue so that I can do my editing in peace.1 vote
Creative Cloud App Stuck.
Please many times the app have crashed on various computers of different OS.
Take a look at image attached. In this case I can't open to install Illustrator.

1. Create an ISO-adaptive preset that includes (has a checkbox for) Lens Profile Corrections.
2. Make it the default for a camera model.
3. Import a raw photo from this camera.
"Enable Profile Corrections" is selected on import.
"Enable Profile Corrections" is not selected on import. Instead, "Remove Chromatic Aberrations" is selected - which isn't included in the preset.1 vote
Have disabled marketing notifications in the CC desktop app but still see regular red dot icon in Mac menu bar. On opening CC, it goes away.
I'd like to be able to have CC run in the background and alert me to new app updates, but the number of false alarms means I've had to switch to manual.

Trying to delete old (3 year+) Photoshop Sketch documents from my 'mobile creations' tab returns an error 'could not delete item'. I have dozens of these files that I can't open or delete in my mobile creations tab.1 vote
I am trying to find a file that I think I deleted out of my Creative Cloud folder. I logged into my account through the browser, went to Your Work > Deleted Items, and started to search for the file. Imagine my surprise to find a significant number of files that have NEVER been in my CC folder. Why does Deleted Items now mirror my computer's actual recycle bin? There is NO reason why the two should EVER sync. Who came up with this??1 vote

I cannot restore files or permanently delete files from the deleted folder on CC. This means I continue to lose space from my allotment and cannot free up space by permanently deleting deleted files.1 vote
I have just updated my Lightroom. Given that I am paying for the software I am disappointed to be given the message that my 'storage is full' when trying to export to my desktop.
Even when I open the cloud storage I have no files in there, but I am still told that the storage is full. Should I cancel my subscription?3 votes

FIX oth the Creative Cloud App on my desktop and the web page for my assets is showing that I have used 35 GB of storage. However, I have no files on the cloud at all at this point. Both on my sync'd folder on my computer, and on the website itself, there are no files. So it should show that I have used zero GB. I have gone into the Deleted folder and confirmed that there are no files in there as well.2 votes

Why could not I use my Adobe Creative Cloud Collection? All of them. I even had to upgrade them. Even when I tried, it could not be downloaded. Does it have to do with the payment problems, etc.,? Or could it be possible for other issues regarding to it?3 votes
