Downloading and sharing assets are not available
I cannot share or download any assets that I've saved. I created an image in Capture and I can see it in my library, but I can't do anything with it.
I have perused the support site and found nothing that helps.
The libraries are pointless if you can't do anything other than view thumbnails of the assets on the site.2 votes
Missing Download Button?
Maybe I'm blind, but I can't find the download button for my own assets or folders in the new design?
Also please link libraries with files. I would really like to have access to my files in my library panel in Photoshop for example.5 votes
Unknown file type lists as OCTET, cannot manually upload new copies to the site
I have a bunch of non-normal file types for things, one has a .cpnx extension. The site lists this as an OCTET file type. I've tried manually uploading a new copy of a file that already exists, but when I choose the file it says it's not the same file type (even though it's the same file name and extension) and won't let me upload.2 votes
Hi Matt, thank you for reporting this. We have logged this issue to take a closer look at.
The "Collaborate…", "Share Link…" and "Show file activity" contextual menu items functions as "View on Website"
Up until recently, if you chose "Collaborate…" in the Creative Cloud Files folder, a browser window would open up with a form to directly share the file/folder with someone. Now it gets redirected to the main Creative Cloud page (the same place "View on Website" would lead you to). The same thing goes for "Share Link…" and "Show file activity" which redirects to the shared assets' page on Creative Cloud (just like "View on Website" would).

I’d love to get some more detail on this issue your encountering. Is this an issue you’re experiencing with the Extract feature on PSDs? If so, this was a bug that was fixed shortly after your bug was filed. If not, I’d love to get more detail on when you’re experiencing this.
Folder and Files undeletable
There are files and folders which cannot be deleted anymore, neither in the cloud nor locally (which fails syncing to the cloud).
At least it would be nice if you could repair my account.1 vote

Creative Cloud made files unaccessible
I tried uploading 2 adobe xd files to the adobe Creative Cloud through the upload function on the website. It kept uploading them as ZIPS and not XD files. This prevented me from opening them in the Adobe XD Mobile App. Then I tried "uploading " them through the Adobe XD program. Wich actually is moving them to the Creative Cloud Files folder. The files automatically got put in the deleted folder, essentially removing them from my desktop and making them unacessible. When I try to restore the deleted files I get the error message. "Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0".
I expect this to get fixed quickly as it got in the way of my work.

Hi Rens — Apologies for the inconvenience & this is a high priority issue for us. As a temporary work-around, you can download / move the XD file to your local storage from the sync’ed Creative Cloud Files that is on your file system browser. Thank you.
I cannot restore a file from the deleted folder
I selected a file to restore and got a message that it had been successfully restored but I cannot find in any of the other folders. Since there is no search function in the new assets interface, I had to search on my computer (which is synced) but it is not there either. I've refreshed and waited almost an hour but has still not shown up.
So, in summary, an important folder that had been previously archived and should have been restored has completely disappeared.1 voteNEEDS MORE FEEDBACK · Stephanie Au-Chan responded
Hi there & apologies for the delay. Can you provide more details on what type of file(s) you were trying to restore? Also, was the file in a shared folder? Thank you.

my latest file is deleted by me with a foolish mistake, and I can NOT retore it back to "files" folder. Every time I press restore, it only shows "gf_mockup.xd could not be restored - Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0"
can you help to restore the file and let me download or sync with my local folder? please.3 votes

CC Asset Storage Full, But No Files in My Library...?
As I was attempting to upload my first file to my library, it said that I could not, as I had used 21/20GB... Which first of all, doesn't make sense, as you can't use more space than you have. Also, there is no way that the file I am uploading is taking up over 20 GB, and I have never uploaded files there before.3 votes
Hi Nat, thank you for your feedback. We are looking into this issue. Thank you for your patience!
Move Tool assets.adobe.com
Can not move all selected files into other folders. Even though it shows that the files have moved, when I refresh my browser the files are back in the old folder. I am not able to manage my files correctly.3 votes

Downloading as JPEG
In the previous version, you could download as several different file types. This is ESSENTIAL to our team's workflow as different people's software have different requirements. Why did this go away?2 votes
Thank you Brandon! This capability is on our backlog.
Cannot upload files to a cloud storage
For the last couple of days, I'm trying to upload some mp4 video (700MB) to cloud storage but it doesn't work. I keep staring at this http://take.ms/MKvtS and once it disappears the video is NOT uploaded in Assets. Also, uploading photos is super slow, but at least it works.1 vote
