  2. I get a lot of low on storage creative cloud account.
    it is caused by a lot of "deleted" files
    these files are .blend1 files
    Blender creates those temporary files when saving a .blend project.

    Here's why this is a problem

    1- These temporary files should not be uploaded (in my opinion)
    2- Deleted files should not count towards the creative cloud subscribtions. I have to go MANUALLY select hundreds of deleted files and permenantly delete them. for sync to resume

  3. Describe my idea? hmmm... How about "Library Sync" for Adobe Stock should work, clicking on the button that says "sync" should sync. Sorry to be glib... but its really that simple. Clicking this button should update my library with ALL the stuff I just bought... [see photo]

  4. Leider gibt es einen Ordner in meiner Cloud, den ich nicht gelöscht bekomme.
    Der liegt im Papierkorb - und dort liegt er nun schon sehr lange.
    Nach dem ich alle Schritte aus ihren Problemhilfen durchgeführt habe, bekomme ich aber immer noch die Fehlermeldung, dass einiges nicht synchronisiert werden kann. Ich kann den Ordner weder löschen, noch wieder herstellen. Was kann ich tun?

  5. Please make the Adobe Fonts Management in the CC Desktop App more user friendly.

    Add a toggle to collapse/open all font families. Doing this manually is extremely tedious and the App never remembers your settings.

    If you do go ahead and collapse them all (which takes a long time to do - if you have a lot of fonts synced) at the very least the App should remember that setting when it refreshes or closes and re-opens.

    Ideally a toggle to open all/close all families would be ideal.

  6. The Creative Cloud Files folder looks horrible when added to the Favourites in the Finder sidebar on macOS. This Issue has been going on for a long time now (2+ years) but it wasn't always this way.

    We used to have a nice CC icon in the Finder's sidebar but now ... it's a horrible piece of paper looking thing.

    Your software and services are tailored towards designers who have a keen attention to detail, and prioritize well designed visuals. I'm sorry but this is just unacceptable. Look how well Apple and Dropbox do it.

  9. Lightroom says it has 100gb of space, and CC says it has 4gb of space. After uploading a bunch of photos to Lightroom, it says 12gb/100gb used, but CC says 12gb/4gb used (storage full)
    So how are they connected? I dont see how i can have 100gb of space in lightroom and 4gb in CC

  12. I have a mac and a pc. When I use my PC the next time I log in to my Mac the sync folder is missing and it can't create a new one. If I restart the Mac CC works again just fine. This doesn't happen in the reverse. The PC is always able to sync and use the cloud libraries and my files. It started with the last update to illustrator. Quitting all adobe products and then opening the programs doesn't fix the problem. I have to quit the programs then restart the Mac for syncing to commence.

  14. Sometimes the file I'm using stop sycing. It saves, generate a new version but when a close the file it always return that some modifications were done locally and not sync.

    Problems:
    The screen suggest me to save a copy but if I save a copy the version is erased.

    If I cancel to save manually, the * symbol hides but on close the alert returns.

    I saved a photoshop document directly into the cloud, but cannot open it again shortly afterwards (an error occurred). I can also see and preview that file from Adobe Cloud website, but always failed to download it. The file is badly needed and how can it be ruined in just a few seconds?

  16. I uploaded five files the same day and in the same mp4 format exported from premiere with the same settings and to the same folder. Still three of them are now in octet format and two are mp4 videophiles. This makes no sense. It's a big problem since we are sending work copies and masters to our clients via CC. We can't have them downloading the files and changing extention. This would make us look like amateurs.

    Since CC can't identify the video files automatically there should be a way to do it manually.

  17. Trying to free up space in my Cloud Storage, so I've moved them out of the Cloud Storage and DELETED the folders entirely, and my files say they're "up to date" on the syncing but the percentage still shows that 89% of my cloud storage is used up. Which is impossible, since I've physically deleted more than HALF the files in my Cloud Storage. Is there a glitch in this percentage number? Or do I have to restart for this to resync to the correct available space number/percentage

  18. I use creative cloud to save shared work files for work. As you can imagine there is a huge amount of files in this so I had to sync the files to my hard drive. I broke my hard drive recently so I've had to get a new one. Tried re-syncing the files to my new hard drive and wasn't able to. Talked to support and apparently it's not an option so I have to now download and then remember to upload everything I work on which is incredibly inconvenient.

  20. My friend will work on edititing my photos from her computer, and I will be unable to access her saves from my own computer. They will show up in the online folder, Creative cloud app is running, and will say it's up to date. But I won't be able to access any of the files created elsewhere, unless I visit the folder on the web, create a new folder for each file, and move a single file to an individual folder on the web.
