  2. Hi, I have the CC Desktop installed and the page of my CC account open in my browser. Both logged in the same account.
    When I open Word or Power Point and click on the Creative Cloud Plugin installed it request me to Sign in. After entering the same username and password used previously the tab (attached) states that I am not "connected to Creative Cloud". It suggests me to download and restart CC for desktop. Both already tried multiple times. It suggests me to verify if I am signed with the same account as in Creative Cloud for desktop.…

  3. I cannot delete a specific file.

    Here are the details:

    • The issue arises with a file that has been synchronized with Adobe Creative Cloud.
    • The file in question does not appear when synchronizing via software like Mac.
    • The synchronization status of the Adobe Creative Cloud software is always displayed as an error.
    • The error message says, 'Some files could not be synchronized.'

    Strangely enough, it is possible to update the file.
    It's a PDF file that can't be deleted, but it can be overwritten with a completely different PDF file.

    When I try to delete it, an error occurs.

    No documentation visible anywhere. I went to

    , clicked on ? icon, selected Help. It takes me to Adobe Help Center
    https://helpx.adobe.com/support.cc.html
    , which has 1000s of files. I want help specifically on Creative Cloud Files. I search on "Creative Cloud Files" and get many somewhat relevant results, e.g. a FAQ under Support; but under Learn, no specific documentation on Creative Cloud Files Synced Files.

    I see two icons and am inferring their meaning. These meanings appear inconsistent or contradictory.

  5. Colleague shared with me a folder. Now I want to leave the share. I click "Leave" in https://assets.adobe.com/files panel, the app says "Success", the folder disappears form the list but not from my disk. If I reload web app, the folder is on the list again. Repeated on a two devices, one Windows, one macOS, the same lack of effect. I'm stuck.

  6. Describe my idea? hmmm... How about "Library Sync" for Adobe Stock should work, clicking on the button that says "sync" should sync. Sorry to be glib... but its really that simple. Clicking this button should update my library with ALL the stuff I just bought... [see photo]

  7. I get a lot of low on storage creative cloud account.
    it is caused by a lot of "deleted" files
    these files are .blend1 files
    Blender creates those temporary files when saving a .blend project.

    Here's why this is a problem

    1- These temporary files should not be uploaded (in my opinion)
    2- Deleted files should not count towards the creative cloud subscribtions. I have to go MANUALLY select hundreds of deleted files and permenantly delete them. for sync to resume

  8. Leider gibt es einen Ordner in meiner Cloud, den ich nicht gelöscht bekomme.
    Der liegt im Papierkorb - und dort liegt er nun schon sehr lange.
    Nach dem ich alle Schritte aus ihren Problemhilfen durchgeführt habe, bekomme ich aber immer noch die Fehlermeldung, dass einiges nicht synchronisiert werden kann. Ich kann den Ordner weder löschen, noch wieder herstellen. Was kann ich tun?

  9. Please make the Adobe Fonts Management in the CC Desktop App more user friendly.

    Add a toggle to collapse/open all font families. Doing this manually is extremely tedious and the App never remembers your settings.

    If you do go ahead and collapse them all (which takes a long time to do - if you have a lot of fonts synced) at the very least the App should remember that setting when it refreshes or closes and re-opens.

    Ideally a toggle to open all/close all families would be ideal.

  10. The Creative Cloud Files folder looks horrible when added to the Favourites in the Finder sidebar on macOS. This Issue has been going on for a long time now (2+ years) but it wasn't always this way.

    We used to have a nice CC icon in the Finder's sidebar but now ... it's a horrible piece of paper looking thing.

    Your software and services are tailored towards designers who have a keen attention to detail, and prioritize well designed visuals. I'm sorry but this is just unacceptable. Look how well Apple and Dropbox do it.

  13. Lightroom says it has 100gb of space, and CC says it has 4gb of space. After uploading a bunch of photos to Lightroom, it says 12gb/100gb used, but CC says 12gb/4gb used (storage full)
    So how are they connected? I dont see how i can have 100gb of space in lightroom and 4gb in CC

  16. I have a mac and a pc. When I use my PC the next time I log in to my Mac the sync folder is missing and it can't create a new one. If I restart the Mac CC works again just fine. This doesn't happen in the reverse. The PC is always able to sync and use the cloud libraries and my files. It started with the last update to illustrator. Quitting all adobe products and then opening the programs doesn't fix the problem. I have to quit the programs then restart the Mac for syncing to commence.

  18. Sometimes the file I'm using stop sycing. It saves, generate a new version but when a close the file it always return that some modifications were done locally and not sync.

    Problems:
    The screen suggest me to save a copy but if I save a copy the version is erased.

    If I cancel to save manually, the * symbol hides but on close the alert returns.

    I saved a photoshop document directly into the cloud, but cannot open it again shortly afterwards (an error occurred). I can also see and preview that file from Adobe Cloud website, but always failed to download it. The file is badly needed and how can it be ruined in just a few seconds?

  20. I uploaded five files the same day and in the same mp4 format exported from premiere with the same settings and to the same folder. Still three of them are now in octet format and two are mp4 videophiles. This makes no sense. It's a big problem since we are sending work copies and masters to our clients via CC. We can't have them downloading the files and changing extention. This would make us look like amateurs.

    Since CC can't identify the video files automatically there should be a way to do it manually.
